Don Nourse has deep roots in Wilton — a resident since 1979, a WLC grad (Class of '82), and a firefighter who rose through the ranks to become the town's first-ever full-time Fire Chief in 2020. After five years leading the department and a lifetime of service, he retired in 2025. In this short interview, Don reflects on what it's meant to work, live, and grow up in small-town Wilton.
