Meet Emily Hall — WLC art teacher, creative spirit, and puppet wrangler. Emily and her puppet Quill (yes, named for the writing tool!) want to hear your story — and they're inviting you to share it ahead of Wilton's Celebration of America's 250th Anniversary.
